Customer success manager

Siru Mobile is growing and we’re looking for a customer success manager to join our team. The position we offer is part-time, flexible and remote. You’ll work 10 to 20 hours per week, and you can work from anywhere in the world as long as you have internet access.

We’re Siru Mobile. A FinTech company specialized in payment technology and mobile payment concepts based on carrier billing. Today we’re a team of 10 people – all passionate about what we do and experts in our own fields.

Our company is home to a unique working culture based on trust, ownership and freedom. We all work remotely and have our own responsibilities. When we meet up, we’re usually up to something big or about to have some fun.

What we offer?

As a customer success manager, you’ll be responsible for our merchants and partners. You’ll be handling everything from agreement negotiations and onboarding, to representing us at expos and writing newsletters. We hope you’re a talented communicator, able to keep cool and create excellent customer experiences in all situations.

It’s our belief that the most important insights are made when talking to customers. That’s why you’ll play an important role in developing the customer journey for merchants and partners, and support business and product development. We rely on you to make observations that can be translated into valuable improvements.

This is an excellent opportunity for e.g. a master’s student to grow professionally and get relevant work experience. We give you a comprehensive introduction when you start, you’ll be part of an innovative and fast-moving company, and you’ll have a real opportunity to influence your own work.

What we expect from you?

You have a can-do attitude. As far as we’re concerned, attitude is one of the most important things. With a good attitude you’ll do well at Siru Mobile. We’re a small and agile team, and that’s the spirit we expect from you too.

You’re multilingual. To succeed in this position, you need to be fluent in English – both written and oral. We also value other European languages, in particular Finnish and German.

You're self-motivated and organized. We value these traits, because it means you’ll be able to handle the freedom and responsibility of independent remote work.

You’ve got some experience and vision. We’d like you to have some experience from similar roles as well as ideas that you can test and use to develop the merchant and partner experience. We also value relevant industry background, but we don’t expect it.

You’re down with the computer. Working remotely means you’ll have to navigate the computer and new software independently, so good IT skills and a curious mind will come in handy!
